At RKH Accounting and Management Solutions, we believe that small, practical changes in how we work can help reduce unnecessary resource use.

Our approach focuses on four everyday practices:

Digital records

We use electronic records and cloud-based accounting to reduce reliance on paper files. We encourage clients to share documents digitally, with appropriate attention to confidentiality and secure handling.

Reduced printing

We prioritise electronic reports, invoices and correspondence, printing only where necessary.

Recycling

We support recycling in our workplace and encourage responsible disposal of recyclable materials.

Remote meetings

We offer remote meetings where practical, helping reduce unnecessary travel while maintaining personal contact with our clients.

Our Ongoing Commitment

We pledge to continue these practices, encourage participation by our team and clients, and look for further opportunities to reduce waste and use resources responsibly.

We will review our approach annually and identify practical improvements. This pledge describes our working practices and commitments; we have not yet measured their environmental impact.
